ecoFoam is a FWK specially formulated solvent-free nitrile coating, with the application of a thin coating for true dry and oil grip, dexterity, flexibility, breathability, and comfort.

Our manufacturing process practices MiP and ECP.
Minimalist Process (MiP)
Our coating process is designed to have no excess foam to drain. There is no additional coated surface processing using water or ionic salt. Therefore, no waste is generated at source, the 1st R of the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)
Energy Conserving Process (ECP)
A compact and multi-layered oven design for effective heat retention and circulation. Our washing + drying process incorporates a recycling process to minimize water consumption.
